What follows is a letter written by Louise Kenny, a Dunnellon resident, to the Dunnellon City Manager, requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act. The letter is printed with Ms. Kenny's permission.

Dear Mr. Ericson,

   This is to formally request the following information under the provisions
 of the U.S. Freedom of Information Act of 1973 and all applicable Florida
 Sunshine laws.

   Please identify the number of lots showing riparian rights as presently
 exist with respect to the property now known as the Rainbow River Ranch.
 Please attach a map or map rendering identifying the parcels.

 Please identify the maximum potential number of lots under the proposed
 Comprehensive Plan Amendment adopted by Ordinance No. 2005-01 which would be
 lots having riparian rights. Please attach a map or map rendering
 identifying the proposed configuration of such lots.

   Does the Rainbow River Ranch LLC own additional contiguous property
 outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the city of Dunnellon? If so,
 please describe. If not, please state.

   Also, if you would kindly advise me of the receipt of this email by reply
 email. And, when appropriate please advise me of the true cost and delivery
 date, so I can make immediate arrangements to finalize payment to the city of
 Dunnellon. Thank you in advance for your effort in keeping the public
informed.
